Why live in Vancouver?

There are many reasons why you should live in Vancouver but also some reasons why you shouldn't.

The reason that you should live in Vancouver is because it's a nice stable place to be with many places to go. Great hockey team for you hockey lovers and a decent football club. Many people love the summer fireworks where every week a different country performs. Vancouver is also a great place to study such as UBC and SFU. SFU had Terry Fox while UBC had Rick Hanson. The other reason is shopping. Shopping here is great, we have a mall called metropolis where many people shop. Downtown is the best to shop because there are many stores to choose from.

The reason you should not come to Vancouver is the weather. It rains almost everyday and people get really sick of it. Rain can make you wait till summer to show of you new clothes and it can also make your hair wet without an umbrella. Another reason why you should not live here is because we are due for a earthquake. Yes we are due for one and its been said its gonna be soon and hard. Vancouver will probably have the least impact but for Surry and Richmond will probably sink.

I would suggest you come and visit Vancouver before planning on moving there right away because some people may like it but some might not. Click here for my next topic about Vancouver

Sightseeing in Vancouver

There are many sites you can visit during your time in Vancouver such as the PNE, Stanly park, Telus World,  Circus Du Soleil and the Suspension Bridge.

PNE is a must visit during the summer time. There are many rides and roller coasters such as the Wooden roller coaster and the Hellevator.  The PNE offers great food such as the famous mini donuts. Many famous people come and perform for our entertainment and shows that will leave you mind blown. Tickets are very affordable and some days they give free entrance to everyone. If you feel like staying in Vancouver you can always apply for a Summer job which is quite easy to get in to.

Telus World also known as Science World has always been one of my favorite places to visit because it has awide range of games entertainment and facts about science. Games contains whack the mole, hockey and wheelchair races. There is this place close to the middle where they hold entertainment about science. At the very top there is this huge theater which looks amazing. If you are Hungary there is a white spot inside and if you are about to leave make sure you visit the gift shop.

Circus Du Soleil all I can say is awsome. It has everything you can imagine from trapeze to flips to juggling to Clowns. All the things you imagine in a circus is there. It can be a bit pricey but it is so worth it because I know you will love it.

If you are afraid of  hight then Id recommend on not going to the Suspension Bridge. It is a long bridge stretching from one side to another. It is very long and high but it is also fun and exciting. There is no way you can fall unless the wires snap or if you horse around.

Last thing on my list is Stanly park. Stanly park is a great way to have picnics or just to hang out with your friends.

There are many more places to go but these are one of my favorite places to visit. Click here for the next topic about Vancouver

Weather in Vancouver

If you are planning on moving to Vancouver weather is a must know.
Weather is a popular topic in Vancouver generally because it rains almost everyday during the school year. Many people dislike the rain in Vancouver because in tends to be cold during those few months.

During the winter time Vancouver can get really cold but not something you can't handle. Winter is very exciting to many people who has never seen snow before because it usually snows every year. Vancouver also has one of the best mountains to ski/snowboard in. One of the most talked about is Whistler B.C. Whistler was one of the main attractions during the 2010 Olympics.

Vancouver is a beautiful place to visit during the summer because it's the only time where it barley or never rains at all. The sun in Vancouver can range from 16-22 degrees. Many people find it the best time to go tanning while visiting the beach. The sun can heat up a bit so be sure to buy an air conditioner for your home.

Vancouver can be very irritating because of the rain but the view and the sitings make up for all that.
